The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Council Chair L. Ward
Nelson in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham,
Washington.

1. CONSIDERATION OF APPEAL OF HEARING EXAMINER'S DECISION ON

COUNTY PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES (AB2001 -218)
Nelson moved to go into executive session for 30 minutes to discuss the two
agenda items.
Motion carried unanimously.
