The meeting was called to order at 6:15 p.m. by Council Chair L. Ward
Nelson in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham,
Washington.

1. DISCUSSION WITH REPRESENTATIVES FROM THE WHATCOM
COUNTY PROSECUTORS OFFICE REGARDING TWO CASES OF
PENDING LITIGATION (AB2001 -018)
Imhof moved to go into executive session for 30 minutes.
Motion carried unanimously.
ADJOURN
The meeting adjourned at approximately 6:45 p.m.
