The meeting was called to order at 6:20 p.m. by Council Chair L. Ward
Nelson in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham,
Washington.

Dawson moved to go into executive session for 40 minutes to discuss the two
items on the agenda.
Motion carried unanimously.

NEIGHBORS OF LAKE SAMISH, REGARDING " "SLEEPY HOLLOW"

REGARDING PENDING LITIGATION (AB2001 -018)
