The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Council Chair L. Ward
Nelson in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham,
Washington.

Barbara Brenner
Crawford moved to go into executive session for 35 to 40 minutes to discuss
the following two items.
Motion carried unanimously.
1. DISCUSSION REGARDING CURRENT COLLECTIVE BARGAINING
AGREEMENT NEGOTIATIONS (AB2001 -390)
2. DISCUSSION WITH WHATCOM COUNTY PROSECUTOR DAVE
MCEACHRAN REGARDING PENDING LITIGATION (AB2001 -018)
ADJOURN
The meeting adjourned at approximately 7:00 p.m.
