The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Council Chair L. Ward
Nelson in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham,
Washington.

Absent:
Dan McShane
Dawson moved to go into executive session for 30 minutes to discuss the two
items on the agenda.
Motion carried unanimously.
1. DISCUSSION WITH SENIOR DEPUTY PROSECUTOR KAREN FRAKES
REGARDING POTENTIAL LITIGATION (AB2001 -018)
2. DISCUSSION WITH SENIOR DEPUTY PROSECUTOR DAVE GRANT
