The meeting was called to order at 5:45 p.m. by Council Chair L. Ward
Nelson in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham,
Washington.

Nelson moved to go into executive session to discuss the first two items on
the agenda for approximately 45 minutes.
Motion carried unanimously.

2. DISCUSSION WITH CHIEF CIVIL DEPUTY PROSECUTOR RANDY
WATTS REGARDING PENDING LITIGATION (AB2001 -018)
3. CONSIDERATION OF AN APPEAL OF THE HEARING EXAMINER'S
DECISION ON FILE NO. APL 2000 - 00012, FILED BY PLANNING AND
DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, REGARDING RETAIL SALES OF AFTER -
MARKET MOTORCYCLE ACCESSORY PARTS AT THE PARK STORE
(AB2000 -433)
