The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m. by Council Chair L. Ward
Nelson in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham,
Washington.

COMMITTEE DISCUSSION AND RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL
Nelson moved to go into executive session for 30 minutes to discuss the
following two items.
Motion carried 4 -0 with McShane absent.
1. DISCUSSION REGARDING COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT
NEGOTIATIONS (AB2001 -390)
2. DISCUSSION REGARDING THE PROPOSED 2002 UNREPRESENTED
EMPLOYEE SALARY RESOLUTION (AB2001- 427)
ADJOURN
The meeting adjourned at 4:50 p.m.
