The meeting was called to order at 6:18 p.m. by Council Vice -Chair Sam
Crawford in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham,
Washington.
Also Present:

Absent:
L. Ward Nelson
Dawson moved to go into executive session for approximately 45 minutes to
discuss the two agenda items.
Motion carried unanimously.

REGARDING POTENTIAL LITIGATION (AB2001 -018)
2. DISCUSSION WITH SENIOR DEPUTY PROSECUTOR DAN GIBSON
