The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Council Chair L. Ward
Nelson in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham,
Washington.

1. DISCUSSION WITH A REPRESENTATIVE FROM THE WHATCOM
COUNTY PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE REGARDING PENDING LITIGATION
(AB2002 -018)
McShane moved to go into executive session for approximately 20 minutes to
discuss this item.
Motion carried 4 -0 with Fleetwood, Brenner, and Roy absent from the room.
ADJOURN
The meeting adjourned at approximately 7:00 p.m.
