The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Council Chair L. Ward
Nelson in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham,
Washington.

Crawford moved to go into executive session for 60 minutes to discuss the
six items on the agenda.
Motion carried 4 -0 with Brenner, Caskey- Schreiber, and Roy absent.
