The meeting was called to order at 6:15 p.m. by Council Vice -Chair Barbara
Brenner in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham,
Washington.
Present:

Dan McShane
Absent:
L. Ward Nelson
McShane moved to go into executive session for 45 minutes to discuss the
following two items.
Motion carried unanimously.
1. DISCUSSION REGARDING COLLECTIVE BARGAINING NEGOTIATIONS
(AB2001 -390)
2. DISCUSSION WITH A REPRESENTATIVE FROM THE WHATCOM
COUNTY PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE REGARDING PENDING LITIGATION
(AB2002 -018)
(Clerk's Note: This item was not discussed. This item was discussed at the
end of the evening's regular County Council meeting.)
ADJOURN
The meeting adjourned at approximately 7:00 p.m.
