July 16, 2002
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Council Chair L. Ward
Nelson in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham,
Washington.
Present: Absent:

Sharon Roy
Crawford moved to go into executive session to discuss the three agenda
items for 60 minutes.
Motion carried unanimously.
1. DISCUSSION WITH A REPRESENTATIVE FROM THE WHATCOM
COUNTY PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE REGARDING PENDING LITIGATION
(AB2002 -018)
2. RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF ADOPTING A SALARY SCHEDULE
AND POLICIES FOR UNREPRESENTED WHATCOM COUNTY EMPLOYEES
FOR THE YEAR 2002 (AB2002 -272)
3. DISCUSSION REGARDING COLLECTIVE BARGAINING NEGOTIATIONS
(AB2002 -391)
