The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Council Chair L. Ward
Nelson in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham,
Washington.

Crawford moved to go into executive session.
Motion carried 4 -0 with Brenner, Fleetwood, and McShane absent.
ADJOURN
The meeting adjourned at approximately 7:00 p.m.
