The meeting was called to order at 6:05 p.m. by Council Chair L. Ward
Nelson in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham,
Washington.

Sharon Roy
Sam Crawford
McShane moved to go into executive session for one hour to discuss the two
agenda items.
Motion carried 6 -1 with Crawford absent.
1. DISCUSSION REGARDING COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT
NEGOTIATIONS (AB2001 -390)
2. DISCUSSION WITH SENIOR DEPUTY PROSECUTOR DAVID GRANT
REGARDING PENDING LITIGATION (AB2002 -018)
ADJOURN
