The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Council Vice -Chair Barbara
Brenner in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham,
Washington.
Present: Absent:

McShane moved to go into executive session for 90 minutes to discuss the
following three items.
Motion carried unanimously.
1. DISCUSSION REGARDING COLLECTIVE BARGAINING NEGOTIATIONS
(AB2001 -390)
2. DISCUSSION WITH SENIOR DEPUTY PROSECUTOR DAVID GRANT
REGARDING THREE CASES OF PENDING LITIGATION (AB2002 -018)
3. DISCUSSION WITH SENIOR DEPUTY PROSECUTOR KAREN FRAKES
REGARDING PENDING LITIGATION (AB2002 -018)
ADJOURN
The meeting adjourned at approximately 7:00 p.m.
