The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Council Chair L. Ward
Nelson in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham,
Washington.

Sharon Roy
Roy moved to go into executive session for 20 minutes to discuss item one
and the addendum.
Motion carried 6 -0 with Brenner out of the room.
1. CONSIDERATION OF AN APPEAL OF THE HEARING EXAMINER'S
DECISION ON FILE NO. LSS01 -0001, FILED BY TOM PRATUM,
REGARDING REQUESTED PRELIMINARY APPROVAL FOR A FIVE -LOT
CLUSTER SUBDIVISION (AB2001 -439)
2. DISCUSSION REGARDING COLLECTIVE BARGAINING NEGOTIATIONS
(AB2001 -390)
This item was withdrawn.
