The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Council Chair L. Ward
Nelson in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham,
Washington.

Sharon Roy
Crawford moved to go into executive session for 60 minutes to discuss the
four agenda items.
Motion carried 4 -0 with Caskey- Schreiber, Fleetwood, and Roy absent.
1. DISCUSSION REGARDING COLLECTIVE BARGAINING NEGOTIATIONS

2. DISCUSSION WITH A REPRESENTATIVE FROM THE WHATCOM
