The meeting was called to order at 6:15 p.m. by Council Chair L. Ward
Nelson in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham,
Washington.

Sharon Roy
Crawford moved to go into executive session for 45 minutes to discuss
agenda item two.
Motion carried unanimously.

COUNTY PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE REGARDING PENDING LITIGATION

This item was withdrawn.
