The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Council Chair L. Ward
Nelson in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham,
Washington.

Sharon Roy
Crawford moved to go into executive session for 30 minutes to discuss the
two agenda items.
Motion carried 5 -0 with Roy and Caskey- Schreiber absent.

COUNTY PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE REGARDING PENDING LITIGATION
