Special Committee Of The Whole
March 30, 2004
Council Chair Dan McShane called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. in the
Prosecutor's Office Conference Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.
Present: Absent:

Laurie Caskey- Schreiber Barbara Brenner
Sam Crawford
Seth Fleetwood
1. COUNCIL TO MEET WITH CHIEF CIVIL DEPUTY PROSECUTOR
RANDALL WATTS TO DISCUSS PENDING LITIGATION (AB2004 -018)
McShane moved to go into executive session to discuss the case regarding
David Dwayne Alexanderson vs. Whatcom County.
Motion carried unanimously.
(Clerk's Note: Council came out of executive session at 5 :40 p.m.)
McShane moved to authorize the settlement agreement between David
Dwayne Alexanderson and Whatcom County.
Motion carried unanimously.
ADJOURN
The meeting adjourned at approximately 5:45 p.m.
