June 29, 2004
Council Chair Dan McShane called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m. in the
Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.
Present: Absent:
Barbara Brenner None
Laurie Caskey- Schreiber
Sam Crawford
Seth Fleetwood
Sharon Roy
L. Ward Nelson
McShane stated he would recuse himself from discussion on the second
agenda item because he is a member of the Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council
(EFSEC).
Brenner moved to go into executive session for approximately 45 minutes
to discuss the two agenda items.
Motion carried 5 -0 with Roy and Nelson out of the room.
1. DISCUSSION AND NEGOTIATIONS UPDATE ON OPEN COLLECTIVE
BARGAINING AGREEMENTS (AB2004 -260)
2. DISCUSSION WITH SENIOR DEPUTY PROSECUTOR DAVID GRANT
REGARDING BP (AB2004 -018)
ADJOURN
The meeting adjourned at approximately 7:00 p.m.
