Council Vice -Chair Laurie Caskey- Schreiber called the meeting to order at
9:35 a.m. in the Whatcom County Courthouse Executive's Conference Room, Room
513, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.

1. DISCUSSION WITH SENIOR DEPUTY PROSECUTOR DAVID GRANT
REGARDING ONGOING LITIGATION CONCERNS REGARDING THE
GEORGIA STRAIT CROSSING PROJECT (AB2004 -018)
Nelson moved to go into executive session for approximately 30 minutes to
discuss this item.
Motion carried 6 -0 with McShane out of the room.
ADJOURN
The meeting adjourned at approximately 10:10 a.m.
