Council Chair Dan McShane called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m. in the
Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.

1. PRESENTATION BY WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY
ON THE STATUS OF THE LAKE WHATCOM TOTAL MAXIMUM DAILY
LOAD (TMDL) STUDY (AB2004 -017)
This item was withdrawn from the agenda.
ADDENDUM:
2. DISCUSSION WITH PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR JEFF MONSEN
REGARDING A POSSIBLE PROPERTY ACQUISITION (AB2004 -018)
McShane moved to go into executive session to discuss this item for
approximately 45 minutes.
Motion carried 5 -0 with Brenner and Fleetwood out of the room.
ADJOURN
The meeting adjourned at approximately 7:00 p.m.
