Council Chair Laurie Caskey- Schreiber called the meeting to order at 1:00
p.m. in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.

1. CLARIFICATION OF THE VOTE ON AN AMENDED RESOLUTION
APPROVED AT THE DECEMBER 13, 2005 (AB2005 -470)
Brenner moved to approve the resolution approving the Whatcom County
10 -Year Homeless Housing Plan, as amended by the Council on December 6, 2005.
Motion carried unanimously.
2. DISCUSSION REGARDING PENDING LITIGATION - OSTROM (AB2005-
018)
Caskey- Schreiber moved to go into executive session to discuss this item.
Motion carried unanimously.
ADJOURN
The meeting adjourned at 1:40 p.m.
