Council Chair Laurie Caskey- Schreiber called the meeting to order at 5:30
p.m. in the County Executive's Conference Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham,
Washington.
Present: Absent:
Barbara Brenner None
Dan McShane
Sam Crawford
Seth Fleetwood
Sharon Roy
L. Ward Nelson
McShane moved to go into executive session for 90 minutes to discuss the
three agenda items.
Motion carried 6 -0 with Crawford out of the room.

REGARDING PENDING LITIGATION (AB2005 -018)
2. DISCUSSION WITH SPECIAL DEPUTY PROSECUTORS REGARDING
