November 22, 2005
Council Chair Laurie Caskey- Schreiber called the meeting to order at 6:00
p.m. in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.
Present: Absent:
Barbara Brenner None
Dan McShane
Sam Crawford
Seth Fleetwood
Sharon Roy
L. Ward Nelson
McShane moved to go into executive session for approximately 60 minutes
to discuss the three agenda items.
Motion carried 4 -0 with Crawford, Fleetwood, and Nelson out of the
room.
1. DISCUSSION AND NEGOTIATIONS UPDATE ON COLLECTIVE
BARGAINING AGREEMENTS (AB2005 -062)
2. RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2004 -067, THE 2005
UNREPRESENTED RESOLUTION (AB2004 -387A)
3. RESOLUTION APPROVING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND POLICIES FOR
UNREPRESENTED WHATCOM COUNTY EMPLOYEES FOR THE YEAR
2006 (AB2005 -441)

ADJOURN
