Council Chair Laurie Caskey- Schreiber called the meeting to order at 6:30
p.m. in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.

1. DISCUSSION WITH SENIOR DEPUTY PROSECUTOR KAREN FRAKES
REGARDING VARIOUS CASES OF PENDING LITIGATION (AB2005-
018)
Roy moved to go into executive session for 30 minutes to discuss this item.
Motion carried 6 -0 with Crawford out of the room.
