Council Chair Laurie Caskey- Schreiber called the meeting to order at 6:30
p.m. in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.

Sam Crawford

Sharon Roy
L. Ward Nelson
Caskey- Schreiber moved to go into executive session to discuss the two
agenda items for 30 minutes.
Motion carried 6 -0 with Crawford out of the room.
