Council Chair Laurie Caskey- Schreiber called the meeting to order at 6:00
p.m. in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.

Caskey- Schreiber moved to go into executive session.
Motion carried 6 -0 with Crawford out of the room.
