Council Chair Laurie Caskey- Schreiber called the meeting to order at 5:30
p.m. in the Fifth Floor Conference Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham,
Washington.
Present: Absent:
Barbara Brenner None
Dan McShane
Sam Crawford
Seth Fleetwood
Sharon Roy
L. Ward Nelson
Caskey- Schreiber moved to go into executive session for approximately 85
minutes to discuss the two agenda items.
Motion carried 4 -0 with Crawford, McShane, and Fleetwood absent.
1. DISCUSSION REGARDING POSSIBLE FUTURE PROPERTY ACQUISITIONS
(AB2005 -018)
2. APPROVAL OF CONTRACT WITH MICHAEL BOBBINK FOR 2006 HEARING
EXAMINER SERVICES (AB2005 -476)
