Council Chair Laurie Caskey- Schreiber called the meeting to order at 6:15
p.m. in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.

Absent:
Dan McShane
Caskey- Schreiber moved to go into executive session to discuss the two
agenda items.
Motion carried 4 -0 with Nelson and Crawford out of the room.
