Council Chair Laurie Caskey - Schreiber called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in
the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.

1. CONSIDERATION OF AN APPEAL OF THE HEARING EXAMINER'S DECISION
ON FILE NO. LSS06 -0002, FILED BY JONATHAN SITKIN, ATTORNEY FOR
FIRE DISTRICT #13, REGARDING A REQUEST FOR PRELIMINARY LONG
SUBDIVISION APPROVAL FOR A PROPOSED CLUSTER LONG PLAT (BAY
BREEZE) (AB2006 -324)
Crawford moved to go into executive session to discuss this item.
Motion carried 5 -0 with Fleetwood out of the room.

This item was withdrawn from the agenda.
