Council Chair Laurie Caskey - Schreiber called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in
the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.

1. CONSIDERATION OF AN APPEAL OF THE HEARING EXAMINER'S DECISION
ON FILE NO. SHV05 -0013, FILED BY JOSEPH PEMBERTON FOR COLLEEN
SULLIVAN AND SCOTT MALIS (AB2006 -225)
McShane moved to go into executive session to discuss this item for 30 minutes.
Motion carried 5 -0 with Brenner and Crawford out of the room.
