Council Chair Laurie Caskey- Schreiber called the meeting to order at 6:10 p.m. in
the Council Conference Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.

Dan McShane
Sam Crawford
Seth Fleetwood
Carl Weimer
Absent:
L. Ward Nelson
Fleetwood moved to go into executive session for 50 minutes to discuss the two
agenda items.
Motion carried unanimously.
1. DISCUSSION WITH CHIEF CIVIL DEPUTY PROSECUTOR RANDALL WATTS
REGARDING TWO CASES OF PENDING LITIGATION (A132006 -018)
