Council Chair Laurie Caskey- Schreiber called the meeting to order at 5:50 p.m. in
the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.
Present: Absent:
Barbara Brenner None
Dan McShane
Sam Crawford
Seth Fleetwood
Carl Weimer
L. Ward Nelson
Caskey- Schreiber moved to go into executive session for 70 minutes to
discuss the three agenda items.
Motion carried 4 -0 with Fleetwood, Brenner, and McShane out of the
room.
1. DISCUSSION REGARDING PENDING LITIGATION - OSTROM (AB2006 -018)
2. DISCUSSION AND NEGOTIATIONS UPDATE ON OPEN AND RE- OPENED
COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS (AB2006 -018)
3. DISCUSSION REGARDING POTENTIAL LAND USE LITIGATION (AB2006 -018)
OTHER BUSINESS
ADJOURN
