Council Chair Laurie Caskey - Schreiber called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. in
the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.
Present: Absent:
Barbara Brenner None
Dan McShane
Sam Crawford
Seth Fleetwood
Carl Weimer
L. Ward Nelson
Nelson moved to go into executive session for 60 minutes to discuss agenda items
two and three.
Motion carried 4 -0 with Brenner, Crawford, and Fleetwood out of the room.
Caskey- Schreiber stated agenda item one has been withdrawn from the agenda.
