19 1. REQUEST APPROVAL FOR THE COUNTY EXECUTIVE TO ENTER INTO AN
20 INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN WHATCOM COUNTY AND THE CITY OF
21 BELLINGHAM FOR THE PURPOSE OF ANNEXATION AND DEVELOPMENT
22 WITHIN THE CITY OF BELLINGHAM UGA FOR APPROXIMATELY 12 ACRES OF
23 SAN JUAN BOULEVARD AND YEW STREET ROAD (AB2008 -150)

25 Weimer moved to recommend approval to the full Council.

27 Fleetwood asked if there is anything controversial they should know about.

29 Cathy Craver, Planning and Development Services Department, stated there is not.
