CALL TO ORDER
Council Chair Seth Fleetwood called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m. in the Council
Conference Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.
ATTENDANCE
Present: Barbara Brenner, Laurie Caskey- Schreiber, Seth Fleetwood, Bob Kelly, L. Ward
