CALL TO ORDER
Council Vice -Chair Bill Knutzen called the meeting to order at 12:04 p.m. in the
Council Conference Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.
ROLL CALL
Present: Sam Crawford, Barbara Brenner, Kathy Kershner, Bill Knutzen, Ken
Mann and Carl Weimer
Absent: L. Ward Nelson
(Clerk's Note: Councilmember Sam Crawford attended this meeting via
teleconference.)
1. STRATEGY PLANNING DISCUSSION AND POSITIONS TO BE TAKEN
REGARDING COLLECTIVE BARGAINING (AB2010 -353)
Knutzen moved to go into executive session.
The motion carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Crawford, Brenner, Kershner, Knutzen, Mann and Weimer (6)
Nays: None (0)
Absent: Nelson (1)
