Clerk of the Council Dana Brown -Davis called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. in
the Council Conference Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.

and Development Committee, by acclamation. Hearing no other nominations, Crawford
appointed the nominees by acclamation.
