CALL TO ORDER
Council Chair Sam Crawford called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m. in the Council
Conference Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.
ROLL CALL
Present: Barbara Brenner, Sam Crawford, Kathy Kershner, Bill Knutzen, Ken
Mann, L. Ward Nelson and Carl Weimer
Absent: None
1. CONSIDERATION OF AN APPEAL OF THE HEARING EXAMINER'S DECISION
FILED BY WESLEY MUSSIO, REGARDING ADMINISTRATIVE APPEAL NO.
APL2009- 0023(AB2010 -052)
Nelson moved to go into executive session.
Crawford stated the Committee will be out of executive session at about 7 p.m.
The motion carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Brenner, Crawford, Kershner, Knutzen, Mann, Nelson and Weimer (7)
Nays: None (0)

ADJOURN
