CALL TO ORDER
Committee Chair Bill Knutzen called the meeting to order at 1:02 p.m. in the Council
Chambers, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.
ROLL CALL (1:02:21 PM)
Present: Ken Mann and Bill Knutzen.
Absent: Barbara Brenner.
COMMITTEE DISCUSSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS TO COUNCIL
1. RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN
WHATCOM COUNTY AND HARBOR SHORES, LLC - AB2010 -446
Mann moved to recommend approval to the full Council.
The motion carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Mann and Knutzen (2)
Nays: None (0)
Absent: Brenner (1)
Dannon Traxlor, Langabeer Tull Attorney, asked if there will be discussion at the
evening Council meeting.
Knutzen stated he anticipates there won't be any discussion.
OTHER ITEMS
There were no other items.

The meeting adjourned at 1:04 p.m.
