CALL TO ORDER
Committee Member Sam Crawford called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. in the
Council Chambers, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.
ROLL CALL

Present: Bill Knutzen and Sam Crawford.
Absent: Carl Weimer.
SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS
1. NOMINATION AND APPOINTMENT OF COMMITTEE CHAIR (AB2013 -021)
Crawford moved to appoint Councilmember Weimer.
The motion carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Knutzen and Crawford (2)
Nays: None (0)
Absent: Weimer (1)
2. SELECTION OF COMMITTEE MEMBERS TO SERVE AS LAKE WHATCOM POLICY
GROUP REPRESENTATIVES (AB2013 -021)
Crawford moved to appoint Councilmembers Weimer and Knutzen.
The motion carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Knutzen and Crawford (2)
Nays: None (0)
Absent: Weimer (1)
