CALL TO ORDER
Committee Chair Barbara Brenner called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.
ROLL CALL

Present: Barbara Brenner, Ken Mann and Pete Kremen.
Absent: None.
COMMITTEE DISCUSSION AND RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL
1. RESOLUTION COMMENCING THE COORDINATED WATER SYSTEM PLAN UPDATE
PROCESS (AB2014 -253)
Brenner moved to hold in committee for two weeks so the Planning Unit can talk about
it at its meeting tomorrow night.
Mann suggested a friendly amendment that they formally refer this to the Planning
Unit for its review and recommendations before August 5.
Brenner accepted the friendly amendment.
The motion carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Brenner, Mann and Kremen (3)
Nays: None (0)
OTHER BUSINESS
There was no other business.
ADJOURN
The meeting adjourned at 1:35 p.m.
