RESOLUTION REQUESTING THAT THE WHATCOM COUNTY AUDITOR INCLUDE THE QUESTION OF ANNEXATION OF THE CITY OF EVERSON INTO FIRE DISTRICT #1 ON THE BALLOT AT THE NEXT SPECIAL ELECTION (AB2014 -385) Rollin Harper, representing the Cities of Nooksack and Everson, gave a report. The committee discussed the reason the contingency amount for the courtroom audio /visual system is exceeded and the sheriff department and jail overtime issues in Pierce County.
