Committee Member Ken Mann called the meeting to order at 2:16 p.m. in the
Council Chambers, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.

Present: Ken Mann, Barbra Brenner, and Rud Browne
Absent: None
SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS
1. NOMINATION AND APPOINTMENT OF COMMITTEE CHAIR (AB2015 -021)
Browne moved to nominate and appoint Ken Mann.
The motion carried by the following vote:
