ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 901013
AND THE AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE
BANCROFT ROAD /COUNTRY LANE OVERLAY
AND
OLD MARINE DRIVE IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted 2001 Annual Construction Program
as Alternate Item No. 9;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:
That CRP No. 901013 is formally established for the Bancroft Road/Country Lane
Overlay and Old Marine Drive Improvements,
The Contract for this project is awarded to Colacurcio Brothers Construction Company,
Inc. in the amount of their bid of $711,065.00.
An appropriation from the officially adopted Road Fund Budget, and based on the County
Engineer's estimate, is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown:
