RESOLUTION NO. 2001 -036
ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 900911
AND THE AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE
ALDERSON ROAD STRUCTURAL OVERLAY
WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted Annual Road Program as Item
No. 11.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:
That CRP 900911 is formally established for the Alderson Road Structural Overlay Project.
The Contract for this project is awarded to Stremler Gravel hic. in the amount of their bid of
$ 499,361.50
An appropriation from the officially adopted Road Fund Budget and based on the County
Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown:
