DISSOLVING THE CITIZENS PROPERTY REVIEW COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Council approved a resolution on August 1,
1995 creating the Citizens Property Review Committee to review potential sales of
County -owned property, and
WHEREAS, the Citizens Property Review Committee has not convened for several
years, and
WHEREAS, the Property Management Committee, as defined in Whatcom County
Code 1.10.120, accomplishes the same task as that specified in the resolution forming
the Citizens Property Review Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by
the Whatcom
County Council that the
Citizen's Property Review
Committee is hereby
dissolved.
