ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NOS. 994010 AND 998021
AND THE AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE
MAINTENANCE REPAIRS AND PAINTING OF
THE LUMMI ISLAND AND
GOOSEBERRY POINT FERRY DOCKS
WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted Annual Road Program as Item
Nos. 6 and 7.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:
That CRP Nos. 994010 and 998021 are formally established for the Maintenance Repairs and
Painting of the Lummi Island and Gooseberry Point Ferry Docks.
The Contract for this project is awarded to BOSS Construction, Inc. in the amount of their bid of
$550,128.04.
An appropriation from the officially adopted Road Fund Budget, and based on the County
Engineer's estimate, is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown:
